A Dessert That Makes People Smile

Have you ever tried making Bubs panna cotta in two layers?
If not, this is your sign. This dreamy dessert combines silky, creamy panna cotta with one of Sweden’s most iconic candies, Bubs raspberry & licorice skulls. The result is a dessert that’s playful, nostalgic, and surprisingly elegant. It’s perfect for New Year’s dinner, birthday celebrations, or anytime you want to surprise your guests with something a little extra fun and ultra trendy. Full recipe below:

Two-Layer Bubs Panna Cotta

Ingredients (4 servings)
2.5 dl whipping cream
1 dl milk
Approx. 100 g Bubs raspberry/licorice skulls
2 gelatin sheets

Instructions
Separate the Bubs skulls into raspberry and licorice. Start with the first flavor.

Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.

Gently heat the cream and milk in a saucepan (do not let it boil).

Add the Bubs candy and stir until completely melted.

Remove the saucepan from the heat. Squeeze out the gelatin sheets and stir them in until fully dissolved.

Pour into glasses or molds and let set in the refrigerator for about 1.5–2 hours, until the surface is firm.

Repeat the steps with the second flavor and carefully pour it on top of the first layer.

Let the panna cotta set completely in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours.

Tip: Pour layers slowly over the back of a spoon for clean, even layers.
